Some people want to learn the basics without stress. Others want to return after a break and feel confident again. And some simply want a steady weekly routine that improves technique, movement, and fitness in a practical way.
Our sessions are structured, friendly, and easy to follow. We start with a short check-in, then a safe warm-up, then focused skill blocks, and we finish with a cool-down and a simple recap. You will always know what you are working on, why it matters, and what to practise next.
You can train alone, train with a friend, or choose a small group option. Times are flexible, with early morning and later evening slots that fit busy Athens schedules.
